Her mother would call her an angel. Perhaps this is true, but many would also call her a brat. But don't be alarmed! The brat is only revealed when around people she feels comfortable with, because at first meeting this lovely lass is quite the shy little lady. But when she gets used to people she dotes like mad. Mother is usually busy, so who else is there to tolerate her shenanigans?! EVERYONE ELSE.
Demeanor seems to vary with how comfortable she is with people - or with how confident she is in their inability to control her. Though she appears shy at first meeting, she can be indescribably loud, and due to the efforts of her mother Chelsea is actually quite spoiled and very reluctant to let anyone take away her happiness. If she wants something, she demands it, or does anything in her power to ensure that she gets it. She is prone to tantrums, and seems to have a voice capable of reaching pitches only dogs can hear.
She is eager to learn, but only when she asks for it. Subjects that gain her interest are things she will he obsessed with until she finally gets bored, so typically Chelsea flips between the things she likes, garnering minimal knowledge of multiple things and retaining only the most useless information.
The only person that seems to be at all capable of controlling her is Victoria. She listens to her mother without objection, but she has a severe lack of respect for any other authority figure, despite Victoria's prodding to actually listen to any other adults. Demanding and loud, Chelsea is a self-proclaimed leader that will probably be on the unfortunate receiving end of any mutiny her lesser friends enact.

EXPLAIN Your Three Choices:
(A) Two of Hearts
There isn't really any sort of position that can be given to a child that isn't simply a two. Despite being the daughter of a high-ranking official in the Hearts kingdom, being as small as she is Chelsea isn't quite ready to be of any equal rank. As such, if given a job around the castle, it will be small errands capable of being completed by a child, or otherwise she will simply run around and do as she pleases.
(B) Ace of Hearts
Because Hearts breeds children who are so amazing that one can become an Ace at age ten. That, or they have no standards. She would have won the position using Home Alone tactics, basically. She would slowly take out the competition one by one with such deadly weapons as tacks, string, marbles, strategically placed buckets above doorways and worst of all... legos.
(C) Eight of Hearts
I guess if all else fails she can just be a noble, as is proper given her mother. There's not much I can say about her, it'd be the same story as with A.
