First and foremost, Lili is social. She loves talking to other people and she finds it very easy for her to do. She carries herself with a compassionate air and would rather treat everyone with kindness and respect. She can be expected to address everyone by "sir" or "ma'am" regardless of unless she knows them personally, and to everyone she does know personally she becomes and infallible friend and companion in all things. She has loyalty beyond words, and will never betray the wishes and secrets of those she trusts.
She is emotional and expressive, with an easily read face and even easier body language. She's a girl who flusters easily if she feels she is unable to properly answer a question or respond to a prompt. She bites her lip when she's nervous or scared, looks to the side when potentially caught in a lie - she is entirely incapable of telling a convincing lie to anyone. So bad, in fact, that she rarely does try. She becomes very obviously uncomfortable in situations that demand tact and flattery when her opinions on the matter state otherwise. It's hard to be honest and please people at the same time.
She believes optimistically, and perhaps naively, in the goodness of others and tends to believe what people tell her, preferring to give the benefit of the doubt to people rather than suspiciously disbelieve what they say at first hearing. As Queen of Many Hobbies, it's surprising to some that despite the fact she has no end of materials or rooms cluttered with projects, they are always in some degree of pristine order due to Lili's inability to let anything remain messy for long. Lili's desire for order and cleanliness is so strong, in fact, that Lili is extremely careful when taking part in any sort of activity that might potentially make a mess.

Queen of Diamonds
Bluntly speaking this is my role of choice for Lili because it is canon for her to be the Queen of Diamonds. I admit I am pretty dead set on her having this role, so all of my effort will be concentrated in making this part of the application as impressive and convincing as possible.
Lili tries to find the good in people and in situations, and tries to do what she feels is best for the good overall. She wants to make people happy and does everything in her power to do so. She loves harmony and can't accept anything less, and her optimism for the future and will to change things for the better could potentially make her a compassionate asset to the royal court. She holds the opinions of her citizens in high regard, because as Queen her job is to ensure that these opinions are heard and acted upon. Lili has her flaws. She's a people-pleaser who tries to make too many people happy at once - a habit still being broken by the Jack, and her optimism sometimes causes her to naively believe in things that cannot be changed, or situations that cannot be changed for the ideal she wants. She has plenty of room to grow as a Queen and it cannot be denied that she loves her kingdom and her people enough to constantly want her own improvement.
As the daughter of a popular noble in the court, Lili was a candidate for a potential position as Queen in the future, and her education was focused on preparing her for the day she would eventually take this role. Unfortunately this happened before she was ready, and when the former Queen of Diamonds went missing she was given a somewhat semi-Queen position under the careful watch and management of the Jack. She isn't quite old or experienced enough to be trusted with the full authority the Queen wields, but she accepts this as necessity. She's a little unsure of herself as well, but with the support of her court she's well on her way to proving that she is more than capable of doing the right thing when it is needed of her.
Six of Any
I do prefer Diamond, simply because it's her canon suit. But another staple of my Lilimuse (and this is recycling a bit of Hetaquest) is that she has a rather extensive knowledge of plant life. Lili would be able to stave off infection, lower fever, and solve a number of other ailments with her knowledge of medicinal herbs and other plants. Lili's natural compassion and love for other people would probably make her a fitting doctor, as she'll always do her best to make sure whomever she treats will pull through whatever illness they happen to have. Failure is never an option.
Five of Any
Again, I prefer Diamond. If she can't be queen then working with Elise under the queen will have to be the second best option. She'd made a good handmaiden for a lot of the same aforementioned reasons. She's caring, compassionate, loyal... she'd never betray her queen (or, you know, King) and they can trust her with just about anything in the world.
