Personality: Outwardly speaking, Ciel is a quiet, serious and maturing young woman. She is the Priestess for the goddess, Lady Luck, and has been immersed in her studies of the goddess ever since she was a child. She was always curious, and liked learning. Perhaps this is the reason why she strives to learn all she can, and attempts to teach others every so often when she is able to. Having access to any amount of books she wanted also helped with her interest in expanding knowledge. Enlightening people is something she takes pleasure in, along with games of luck.
One might find it ironic that Ciel enjoys such games, seeing as she also enjoys learning quite an extensive amount of information; as well as being able to be confident in her relatively wide expanse of knowledge. Yet when it comes to poker and other games of chance, Ciel participates avidly.
She may come off as somewhat high-strung and unsociable, as she always keeps a poker face of neutral expression, but Ciel is generally polite to acquaintances and other people she doesn’t know very well. But don’t be discouraged; she’s like that to everyone. She becomes much friendlier once you spend some time with her and if you share common interests.
Inwardly speaking, Ciel is a caring, intelligent and maturing young woman who is her own person. She’s passionate about books and other things she likes – especially games of chance, and especially fond of her friends and family. She grew up, for the most part, without making friends easily, so anybody she grows close to now, she is most likely attached to for life.
Ciel is extremely knowledgeable; especially about everything when it comes to Lady Luck. She has a very good memory, and there is very little she doesn’t know. But because she knows so much, Ciel has a more difficult time with originality. She personally prefers to follow an example of some sort than be left to her own devices. When she has a little time to relax, she won’t be complaining if she hears any gossip throughout the Kingdoms.

+Priestess; Priestess for the goddess Lady Luck is a specially put aside role for Ciel. In the actual canon of Hetalia, Ciel is known for playing cards, poker, etc. It makes sense for her to have such a special role because she already had a canon connection with the main theme of this AU, like Macau. She's intelligent, sociable, and is known for her poker faces -- which can be used for being a Priestess for Lady Luck. She hides her feelings and communicates with the people in the Kingdoms -- not showing any personal emotion by doing so. Perhaps she went to the shrine when she was younger (living in the Kingdom of Hearts), and asked to learn everything she could about Lady Luck and the religion throughout the Kingdoms.
